The First Time or “Greenhorn” Rate:
The Greehorn rate is just US$195.00. If this is your first time attending an IAGSDC convention, you are entitled to a lower rate, which has been subsidized by All Join Hands. To qualify for this rate, you MUST have never attended any IAGSDC convention in the past.

  1. Register and pay for convention at the First Time rate.
  2. Obtain a letter from your club president verifying that this is your first convention.
  3. Submit the letter via email to the registrar of the convention at before the start of convention.

Other Payment Policies:

Cancellation: To cancel a registration, contact Registration fees will be refunded, subject to the following cancellation fees.

  • Cancel between November 1, 2017 and April 30, 2018 – $50.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after 30th April, 2018.

Transfers:  You can transfer a registration to another person by notifying us and paying a transfer fee of $50 for transfers recorded after 1 April 2018. For more information on transfers, contact us at

Fun Badge Tour cancellations. Due to commitments that must be made for the Fun Badge Tour and the cost of transportation, there will be no refunds for Fun Badge Tour cancellations.   There is no fee to transfer a Fun Badge Tour to another dancer. Contact for assistance.

Returned Payment:  A returned payment administrative fee of $25 will be charged, and your registration for the event and tours may be cancelled.
